Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our Longitudinal Fin Tubes are crafted with precision and innovation, using advanced resistance welding methods with overlap (method 221 / RSEW). They are available in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, ensuring exceptional quality and durability.
We employ a soft welding regime (direct welding with side current) to attach the fins in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, taking the form of a U-profile. This innovative design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling process minimizes internal stress, producing robust profiles up to 7 meters in length. While carbon steel is typically used for optimal heat transfer, we offer customizable options including high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific customer needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, available in the same material range as fins, are produced with precise tolerances of ± 6 mm, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST).
We cater to orders of all sizes, from single units to large production runs. Our versatile tubes are available as straight or U-bent, and we also provide complete equipment solutions.
Our finned tubes serve diverse industries, including petrochemical, chemical, power generation, nuclear, and food sectors. They are integral in heaters, coolers, heat exchangers, and various other equipment, delivering superior performance.
