Our Longitudinal Finned Tubes epitomize precision and excellence, crafted meticulously from an array of superior materials like carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure impeccable quality and durability.

Embracing a sophisticated soft regime technique, we employ direct welding enhanced with side current, ensuring unparalleled precision. Our innovative design places fins in pairs on opposite sides, taking on a unique U-profile. This avant-garde solution surpasses traditional contact surfaces, boosting heat transfer efficiency, enhancing joint strength, and ensuring uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Meticulous gradual rolling shapes the fins, minimizing inner stress and allowing for lengths up to 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel known for excellent heat transfer, our fins can be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, as well as austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, tailored to customer specifications and specific applications. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, customizable to clients' specifications. We utilize seamless tubes in congruent material ranges, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST standards), with production methods ensuring longitudinal finned tubes maintain a precise tolerance of ± 6 mm.
