Our innovative soft regime method, featuring direct welding with side current, ensures fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a robust U-profile. This advanced technique not only enhances heat transfer efficiency and joint strength but also guarantees an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Fins are precisely shaped through gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress in the final profile. Achieve remarkable lengths of up to 7 meters with this method. While carbon steel is commonly used for fins due to its excellent heat transfer properties, we also cater to customer specifications, offering high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customized to your needs. Our seamless tubes, crafted from carbon to duplex steels, adhere to ASTM, EN, and GOST standards, ensuring exceptional quality and tolerance within ± 6 mm.
