Our innovative process employs a soft regime (direct welding with side current), ensuring unparalleled quality as fins are welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. The distinctive U-profile of the fins surpasses traditional designs by enhancing heat transfer efficiency, reinforcing joint strength, and ensuring an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins are meticulously formed through gradual rolling, minimizing inner stress in the finished profile. Our method allows for an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, fins can also be customized in high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various grades of austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels according to customer specifications. Fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to precise client needs. Seamless tubes, matching the material versatility of the fins, are available from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensuring production within tight tolerances of ± 6 mm.
