Our Longitudinal Fin Tubes are crafted with the utmost precision and attention to detail. Utilizing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes are meticulously formed from high-quality carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. This ensures a robust and high-performing product, ready to meet your demands.

We employ a soft regime technique for welding, involving direct welding with side current, ensuring each fin is securely placed in pairs on opposing sides of the tube. The innovative U-profile design of the fins significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency and strengthens the joint integrity. This advanced engineering also guarantees an even distribution around the tube's circumference. Our gradual rolling process minimizes inner stress within the final profile, achieving a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, our fins can also be customized using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels to suit your specific needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm with an angle tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes match the material range of the fins, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production methods ensure longitudinally finned tubes are crafted with precision tolerances of ± 6 mm.
