Crafted with the utmost precision, our longitudinal finned tubes are engineered from premium carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing a sophisticated resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes ensure reliability and durability.
Embracing a soft welding regime, our design features direct welding with side currents, where fins are expertly welded in pairs on opposing sides of the tube. These U-profile fins surpass conventional contact surfaces, delivering superior heat transfer efficiency, enhanced joint strength, and an evenly distributed fin arrangement around the tube. Gradual rolling shapes the fins, minimizing internal stress and extending the profile length up to an impressive 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat conduction, we also tailor fins to meet specific customer requirements using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, adjustable to customer specifications. Employing seamless tubes from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), our method ensures accurate manufacturing tolerances of ± 6 mm for all longitudinally finned tubes.
