Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our longitudinal finned tubes are meticulously crafted with high precision, employing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW) using carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Each tube is a testament to quality and durability.

We utilize a specialized soft regime technique where fins are directly welded with side current, always in pairs on opposite sides of the tube in a unique U-profile shape. This innovative design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency and strengthens joint integrity, ensuring even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins, shaped through gradual rolling, maintain minimal inner stress and can reach a maximum length of 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, these fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels based on customer requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles adjustable as per specifications. Seamless tubes crafted from materials ranging from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST) match the fin materials, guaranteeing precision manufacturing with tolerances of ± 6 mm.
