Our meticulously crafted, high-precision finned tubes are a testament to excellence, made using the resistance welding method (221 / RSEW) with an overlap. Using top-tier materials such as carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, they ensure optimal performance.

Employing a soft regime technique, we utilize direct welding with side current for superior results. Each fin is elegantly paired and welded on opposite sides of the tube in an innovative U-profile shape. This cutting-edge design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and assures an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins undergo a gradual rolling process that minimizes internal stress and allows for an impressive maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel provides excellent heat transfer, we accommodate custom requests for high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, with fin heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm. Seamless tubes are available in the same material spectrum, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our rigorous production methods guarantee precise longitudinal finned tubes with tolerances of ± 6 mm.
