Introducing our exceptionally crafted longitudinal finned tubes, precision-engineered from superior grades of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. By utilizing the advanced resistance welding technique with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure unmatched durability and performance.
Our production employs a soft regime with direct welding via side current, ensuring that fins are meticulously welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube in a distinctive U-profile shape. This innovative configuration significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and facilitates an even distribution of fins around the tube's circumference. The fins undergo gradual rolling to minimize internal stress, allowing for a profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, our fins can also be customized to suit client specifications using high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer requirements, while seamless tubes are crafted from the same broad material spectrum (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our precise production methods guarantee longitudinally finned tubes with tolerances of ± 6 mm.
