Our innovative soft regime employs direct welding with side current, ensuring that fins are welded in pairs on opposite sides for optimal efficiency. The U-profile fins exceed traditional shapes, enhancing heat transfer, joint strength, and even distribution around the tube's circumference. Rolled gradually, these fins maintain minimal inner stress, achieving lengths up to 7 meters. Predominantly made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, custom options include high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes, crafted from identical materials, adhere to stringent tolerances of ± 6 mm, ensuring superior quality in each longitudinally finned tube produced.
