1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
The air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, gracefully sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within.
This standalone equipment features a compact footprint and offers the flexibility of indoor or outdoor installation to suit user requirements. Easy connectivity to other equipment is facilitated by hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure is finely adjustable via the valve, with real-time display on the pressure gauge within the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed. Upon self-circulation completion, drain water through the valve under the water distribution package to prevent debris accumulation, avoiding potential blockages during usage.

1. Significantly extend the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleaning. Continuous scaling adversely impacts emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode burn-through.
2. Achieve substantial electricity savings. For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, anode water circuit power consumption under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, reduced remarkably to about 70W with distilled water.

Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously engineered to be installed at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue. Its core function is to recuperate wasted heat from exhaust gases, transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure. By harnessing heat from the high-temperature flue gas, it significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, effectively saving energy and boosting efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer breaks free from pressure constraints and can even be utilized as a boiling type. Constructed primarily from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it may include fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. This system comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring robust performance.

1. Efficiently captures the heat from low-temperature flue gases, thereby reducing exhaust temperatures, minimizing energy losses, and conserving fuel effectively.
2. Prior heating of feedwater within the economizer before it reaches the steam drum reduces its heat absorption on the heating surface, enabling the substitution of some costly evaporative heating surfaces with an economizer.
3. With increased feedwater temperatures entering the steam drum, the temperature differential across the drum wall is minimized, consequently reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.
Product Usage:
During the initial stages of boiler start-up (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline results in stagnant boiler feedwater. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, the water in the economizer may vaporize, risking local overheating. To mitigate this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet is implemented, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Harness the heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, significantly lowering exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, improving thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel seamlessly.
(2) Elevating the water temperature entering the drum via the economizer decreases the temperature differential between the drum wall and feed water, thereby reducing drum thermal stress and enhancing its longevity.
