Product Description
An air cooler expertly utilizes ambient air as its cooling medium, efficiently sweeping across the exterior of finned tubes to lower the temperature or condense high-temperature process fluids within the tubes.
This compact, standalone equipment requires minimal footprint and offers flexibility in placement, suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. It can seamlessly integrate with existing systems via hoses or steel pipes, while adjustable water pressure displayed on a pressure gauge ensures optimal operation. Close all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment before use and ensure a clean system by draining water post-circulation to prevent debris-induced blockages.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary function is to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases, transforming boiler feedwater into a saturated heating surface under steam drum pressure. This remarkable process not only lowers exhaust gas temperatures but also maximizes energy savings and enhances efficiency, embodying the essence of an economizer.
The steel tube economizer, renowned for its flexibility, is not restricted by pressure and can even be used in a boiling configuration. During the initial boiler start-up phase (specific to drum boilers), the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline causes the boiler feedwater to remain stagnant, rendering the water in the economizer non-circulating. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, there's a risk of water vaporization within the economizer, potentially leading to localized overheating. To prevent this, a supplementary pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage is connected to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation pathway. This ensures continuous water flow, thus averting vaporization.

The economizer, meticulously positioned at the cooler end of the boiler, serves essential functions:
(1) By capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, the economizer successfully reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhances the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and conserves fuel.
(2) The integration of economizers elevates the temperature of the water entering the drum, minimizing the temperature differential between the drum wall and feedwater. This reduction in thermal stress not only enhances the drum's durability but also extends its lifespan.
