1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
Our air cooler employs ambient air as the cooling medium, efficiently cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids within finned tubes, ensuring optimal performance.
This compact, standalone equipment can be conveniently placed either indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. Easy connectivity via hoses or steel pipes ensures hassle-free integration. Water pressure adjustments are made simple with valve controls reflected on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed. Post self-circulation, drain water via the drain valve to prevent blockages and ensure smooth operation.

1, Prolonged service life of electronic tubes: Regular water causes scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning, which can impair emission power and reduce the lifespan of electronic tubes. In severe cases, it can lead to anode burnout.
2, Energy efficiency: For instance, the power consumption of the anode water circuit of 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment is approximately 8KW using ordinary water, compared to just 70W with distilled water.
3, Minimize electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage leads to direct current to the ground via water resistance, causing significant electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that with distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler. Its role is to reclaim the waste heat from the exhaust gas, transforming boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from high-temperature flue gas, it minimizes the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and enhances efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer, boasting versatility beyond pressure limitations, can even be employed as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, it sometimes features fins to augment heat transfer efficiency. This economizer comprises horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes.

1. Efficiently captures the heat from low-temperature flue gas, reducing the exhaust temperature, minimizing exhaust losses, and conserving valuable fuel.
2. Since the feedwater is pre-heated in the economizer before entering the steam drum, it lessens its heat absorption on the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some pricier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. With the rise in feed water temperature entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is diminished, subsequently reducing thermal stress and extending the service life of the steam drum.
Product Usage:
During the dynamic start-up process of the boiler (drum boiler), the steam water pipeline is initially devoid of circulation, causing the boiler feedwater to remain stagnant. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature escalates, the water in the economizer is prone to vaporization, risking an over-temperature state locally. To counter this, a pipeline is connected from the centralized drainage pipe of the steam drum to the economizer inlet, acting as a recirculation pipeline. This ensures water flow within the economizer, preventing vaporization.
Production Process: Finned Tube Type
Strategically positioned at the tail of the boiler where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's main function includes:
(1) By harnessing heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, the economizer effectively lowers the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, elevates boiler thermal efficiency, and conserves fuel.
(2) By employing economizers, the water temperature entering the drum is elevated, diminishing the drum wall's temperature difference with the feed water, thus reducing drum thermal stress and enhancing its longevity.
