1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated device that utilizes ambient air as the cooling agent, flowing it over finned tubes to effectively cool or condense high-temperature process fluids encapsulated within the tubes.
This self-contained equipment boasts a compact design, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations as per user requirements. It seamlessly connects to machinery via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure managed by the valve settings, observable on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed, and after self-circulation, drain the water via the designated valve to prevent debris accumulation, thus avoiding potential blockages.

Product advantages
1. Extends the service life of electronic tubes used in high-frequency equipment: Regular water tends to scale, necessitating frequent cleaning, which impacts emission power and lifespan. In severe instances, the anode of the electronic tube risks burning through.
2. Energy-efficient operation: For instance, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube setup consumes approximately 8KW in the anode water circuit using standard water, compared to merely 70W when using distilled water, significantly reducing electricity usage.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion: The anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to significant electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlets and outlets. The corrosion rate with regular water is over 100 times greater than with distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a cutting-edge device ingeniously positioned at the lower section of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary role is to reclaim the otherwise wasted heat from exhaust gases. By raising the temperature of the boiler feedwater to a saturated level under the steam drum's pressure, the economizer significantly diminishes the flue gas exhaust temperature. This process is a marvel of energy conservation, leading to enhanced boiler efficiency hence the name, economizer.
Crafted from high-quality carbon steel pipes, with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, our steel tube economizers transcend pressure constraints and can function as boiling types. Their design may include fins to boost heat transfer capabilities. Each economizer features horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes, ensuring optimal performance.

Product advantages:
1. Capitalize on low-temperature flue gas heat absorption to lower exhaust temperatures, drastically reduce loss, and elevate fuel economy.
2. Elevating the feedwater temperature in the economizer reduces its need for heat absorption on the heating surface, enabling the economizer to substitute some costly evaporative heating surfaces efficiently.
3. With increased feedwater temperatures, reduced wall temperature discrepancies occur upon entering the steam drum. This adjustment mitigates thermal stress, consequently extending the steam drum's service life.

Product Usage:
During a boiler's start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, the absence of circulation in the steam-water pipeline causes the feedwater to stagnate. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature escalates, the economizer's water is prone to vaporization, risking localized over-temperature scenarios. To counteract this, an alternate pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet as a recirculation route, ensuring constant water flow and preventing vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type
Ingeniously positioned at the cooler end of the boiler, the economizer serves crucial functions:
(1) By harnessing the heat from low-temperature flue gases within the tail flue, the economizer effectively reduces exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) Leveraging economizers raises the water temperature entering the drum, diminishing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and the feedwater. This, in turn, alleviates drum thermal stress, augmenting longevity.
