1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes the ambient air as a cooling medium, sweeping the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside the tube, ensuring optimal performance.
This independent equipment boasts a small footprint and offers versatile placement options, either indoors or outdoors, based on user preferences. It can be connected to equipment using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the pressure gauge from the water distribution package. Ensure all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment are closed before use. Post self-circulation, drain the water via the drain valve under the water distribution package to remove debris, preventing blockage.

The steel tube economizer, renowned for its flexibility, is not constrained by pressure limitations and can function as a boiling type. Constructed from premium carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, its heat transfer efficiency is often enhanced by adding fins. Comprising horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes, it exemplifies cutting-edge heat exchange technology.

3. As the feed water temperature is elevated, the steam drum experiences a reduced temperature difference, decreasing thermal stress and prolonging the steam drum's service life.

During the boiler's start-up phase (specifically drum boilers), the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline results in the boiler feedwater remaining stagnant. Consequently, the water in the economizer remains non-flowing. With intensified combustion and rising flue gas temperatures, the water within the economizer is prone to vaporization, leading to potential over-temperature conditions. To mitigate this, a strategic recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet, ensuring a consistent flow and preventing vaporization.
