Product Description
An air cooler is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It skillfully sweeps the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid within the tube.
This independent apparatus boasts a minimal footprint, allowing placement indoors or outdoors per user preference. It integrates seamlessly with equipment via hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure adjustment is simple, facilitated by a valve showing pressure on the distribution package gauge. Ensuring all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are closed prior to use is crucial. Post self-circulation, draining the water using the distribution package drain valve is essential to eliminate debris, preventing blockages.

1. Enhances the lifespan of electronic tubes in high-frequency equipment: Ordinary water, prone to scaling, requires frequent cleaning. Scaling impacts the emission power and longevity of electronic tubes, and in severe scenarios, may lead to anode burn-through.
2. Electricity savings are substantial. For instance, in the 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit's power consumption to the ground under DC high voltage is approximately 8KW with ordinary water, compared to about 70W when distilled water is used.
3. Minimizes electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage forms a DC path to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times higher than with distilled water.
