Product Description
An air cooler is an innovative equipment that utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium. It expertly sweeps the outside of a finned tube to efficiently cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within the tube.
This equipment stands alone with a compact footprint, allowing for flexible placement indoors or outdoors to suit user preference. Connection to equipment is facilitated via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on the pressure gauge, ensuring optimal performance. Prior to use, all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment should be closed to prevent blockages. Once self-circulation is complete, draining via the drain valve ensures debris-free operation, maintaining system integrity.

This not only significantly lowers the exhaust temperature but also conserves valuable energy and boosts efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer boasts unmatched flexibility as it is not constrained by pressure and can be utilized as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters, these economizers may incorporate fins to further amplify heat transfer efficiency. It features a clever design of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, commonly referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. Expertly harnesses the heat of low-temperature flue gas to effectively lower the exhaust temperature, resulting in minimized exhaust losses and significant fuel savings.
2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface is significantly reduced. This enables the economizer to seamlessly replace some of the costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. The increased temperature of feed water entering the steam drum results in a reduced wall temperature difference, which in turn diminishes thermal stress and significantly extends the steam drum's service life.

During the critical start-up phase of a drum boiler, the lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater in a stagnant state. As the combustion intensifies and the flue gas temperature rises, the water within the economizer risks vaporization, potentially leading to an overheated state. To preempt this, an additional pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, ensuring continuous water flow and preventing vaporization.

Ingeniously positioned at the boiler's tail end where the flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer serves a pivotal role:
(1) By absorbing residual heat from the low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, the economizer adeptly reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, thereby enhancing boiler thermal efficiency and achieving fuel savings.
(2) The integration of economizers raises the water temperature entering the drum, effectively lowering the temperature disparity between the drum wall and the feed water. This reduction in thermal stress enhances the drum's lifespan.
