Product Description
An air cooler is an innovative piece of equipment utilizing ambient air to effectively cool or condense high-temperature process fluid within finned tubes, ensuring optimal thermal management.
This self-contained equipment has a compact footprint, allowing for flexible placement indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. It effortlessly connects to your system using hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure displayed on a pressure gauge for easy operation. All high-frequency equipment cut-off valves should be closed before use. Post self-circulation, draining the water via the drain valve ensures debris-free operation, preventing blockages.

3. Economizer
Product Description:

2. As the feedwater is pre-heated in the economizer prior to steam drum entry, it diminishes the heat absorption requirement on the heating surface, enabling it to replace more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. By elevating feedwater temperature, the economizer mitigates wall temperature differences upon entering the steam drum, thereby reducing thermal stress and extending the operational lifespan of the steam drum.
Product Usage:
During the boiler's initiation phase, especially in drum boilers, the feedwater stagnates due to lack of circulation, leaving the economizer's water non-flowing. As boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the economizer water risks vaporization, potentially causing local overheating. To prevent this, a dedicated recirculation pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet, maintaining water flow and averting vaporization.

Positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, effectively reducing exhaust temperature in boilers with low parameters, thereby boosting thermal efficiency and fuel savings.
(2) By increasing the water temperature entering the drum, the economizer minimizes the temperature difference between the drum wall and feedwater, reducing drum thermal stress and enhancing its longevity.
