Product Description
Our air cooler is a marvel of engineering, utilizing ambient air as a cooling medium to sweep across finned tubes, effectively cooling or condensing high-temperature process fluids.
This stand-alone equipment boasts a compact design suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. It connects to systems via hoses or steel pipes, allowing for adjustable water pressure visible on the integrated pressure gauge. Pre-operation requires cut-off valves to be closed, and post-operation self-circulation ensures debris-free functioning, preventing obstructions.

Fabricated from robust carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32-51 millimeters, it may feature fins to optimize heat transfer. This economizer's design comprises horizontally arranged, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes, for superior performance.

During the initial stages of boiler operation (drum boiler), the absence of circulation in the steam water pipeline results in stagnant feedwater. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature escalates, water in the economizer risks vaporization, causing localized overheating. To prevent this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet is essential, ensuring the continuous flow of water and preventing vaporization.

Production process: finned tube type - crafted for optimal heat exchange and efficiency.
Strategically placed at the cooler end of the boiler, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Efficiently absorb heat from the tail flue's low-temperature gas, significantly lowering exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, thereby boosting thermal efficiency and conserving fuel.
(2) Enhance incoming water temperature to the drum, mitigating the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water, which, in turn, reduces drum thermal stress and extends its operational lifespan.
