An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment utilizing ambient air as the cooling medium. It effectively sweeps the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside, making it essential for temperature regulation.
This independent setup boasts a compact footprint, offering versatile placement whether indoors or outdoors based on user needs. Seamlessly connectable via hoses or steel pipes, it allows for adjustable water pressure controlled by the valve and displayed on the pressure gauge. Prior to usage, ensure all high-frequency equipment cut-off valves are sealed, and post self-circulation, utilize the drain valve to remove water to prevent blockages from debris.

In the startup phase of a boiler (specifically a drum boiler), the feedwater pipeline lacks circulation, causing the economizer's water to stagnate.
