Our finned tubes are crafted with unparalleled precision, fashioned from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure superior performance and durability.

Employing a soft regime (direct welding with side current), our fins are meticulously welded in pairs, positioned on opposing sides of the tube to form a U-profile. This innovative design not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies the joint's strength and ensures optimal fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins undergo gradual rolling, minimizing internal stress while achieving an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. Our fins are primarily produced from carbon steel known for excellent heat conduction, yet can be custom-made to meet specific needs using high-strength steels, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steel types. Fin height can be tailored from 5 to 32 mm, as per customer specifications. Our seamless tubes match the material diversity of the fins, ranging from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production method guarantees the precision manufacturing of longitudinally finned tubes within ± 6 mm tolerance.
