Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Our finned tubes are crafted with meticulous precision from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), we ensure unparalleled quality and performance.

Employing a soft welding regime with side current, our fins are always welded in pairs on opposite tube sides, taking on a U-profile shape. This innovative design not only boosts heat transfer efficiency but also enhances joint strength and ensures an even distribution of fins around the tube circumference. The gradual rolling process used to shape the fins minimizes internal stress, allowing for an impressive maximum profile length of 7 meters. While carbon steel is commonly used due to its excellent heat transfer properties, we custom-design fins from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet our clients' specific requirements. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, adjustable per customer specifications. Seamless tubes, covering the same material range as the fins, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), ensure consistent quality. Our production method guarantees longitudinally finned tubes within ± 6 mm tolerances.

Our flexible manufacturing scale allows for production from a single piece to large series. Tubes can be supplied straight or U-bent, and we also provide complete equipment solutions.
