Longitudinal Finned Tube Description

Crafted with exceptional precision, our finned tubes are available in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes promise high performance and reliability.

Featuring a refined soft welding regime with direct welding and side current, our fins are uniquely welded in pairs on opposite sides, forming a U-profile. This innovative design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and ensures a uniform distribution around the tube. The fin shaping through gradual rolling minimizes internal stress, allowing for a maximum profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, the fins can also be customized using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various grades of austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, tailored to customer specifications. Seamless tubes are available in a similar material spectrum, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous production methods ensure longitudinally finned tubes meet tight tolerances of ± 6 mm.

We cater to all order sizes, from a single piece to large-scale series. Available as straight or U-bent tubes, we also provide comprehensive equipment solutions.
