Introducing our meticulously crafted finned tubes, precision-engineered from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel using state-of-the-art resistance welding with overlap (method 221 / RSEW). This advanced technique ensures optimal performance, unparalleled reliability, and superior craftsmanship.

Our innovative soft regime process (direct welding with side current) ensures that fins are always welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a U-profile. This design innovation enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies the joint's strength, and ensures a uniform fin distribution around the tube. Through gradual rolling, the fins are shaped with precision, minimizing stress and maximizing durability. Our approach allows for profile lengths up to 7 meters. While typically crafted from carbon steel for excellent heat conductivity, fins can be tailor-made from a variety of materials—high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and diverse stainless steel grades including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable to client specifications. Seamless tubes are available in an equally broad material range, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our meticulous manufacturing ensures longitudinal finned tubes meet strict tolerances of ± 6 mm.
