Our innovative soft regime process (direct welding with side current) ensures that fins are always paired and welded opposite each other, forming a unique U-profile. This design enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens the joint, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube's circumference. The fins, expertly shaped through gradual rolling, exhibit minimal internal stress, allowing for an impressive maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels, tailored to specific applications. Fin height ranges from 5 to 32 mm, while the fin angle is customizable. Seamless tubes are made from similar materials, ensuring perfect compatibility. Our production methods guarantee longitudinally finned tubes with precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
