The unique U-profile design of the fins significantly enhances heat transfer, fortifies joint strength, and ensures the fins are evenly distributed around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling process during shaping minimizes internal stress, allowing for an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel remains the standard for optimal heat transfer, we cater to specific needs with customizable options using high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various grades of austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights can be tailored from 5 to 32 mm, and angles are adjustable as per client specifications. Our seamless tubes, crafted from a broad material spectrum, match the fins perfectly, ranging from carbon to high-grade duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). We ensure precision in manufacturing longitudinally finned tubes with a remarkable tolerance of ± 6 mm.
