The H-finned tube serves as the cornerstone heat exchange element within the entire exhaust gas boiler system, proudly boasting several remarkable advantages that set it apart.
(1) Excellent wear resistance
Uniquely, the H finned tube heat exchanger is arranged in a linear formation, with H fins strategically separating the space into numerous small areas. This design effectively equalizes airflow, offering superior wear resistance compared to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned heat exchangers. Under identical conditions, the wear life of the H finned tube surpasses others by an impressive 3 to 4 times.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling tends to develop on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered arrangement of the tubes facilitates easy cleaning of the tube bundle, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on the back side. Additionally, with the right wind speed, the H-finned tube exhibits an exceptional self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed on both sides of the H finned tube enhance soot management, achieving optimal soot removal when using a soot blower.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
The H fins create straight channels alongside, while the spiral angle of spiral fins directs the airflow.
