The H-finned tube serves as the predominant heat exchange element within the entire exhaust gas boiler. It stands out with a series of remarkable advantages.

(1) Outstanding Wear Resistance

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is methodically arranged in a linear fashion. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into multiple small areas, thereby achieving a uniform air flow distribution. Compared to the conventional smooth tube exchangers with staggered setups, and spiral finned heat exchangers, this configuration significantly enhances the wear life by 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes. The strategic staggered arrangement facilitates easy cleaning of the tube bundles, resulting in reduced fouling on the rear side. Optimal wind speeds enhance its self-cleaning capabilities. The straight channels formed on either side of the H-finned tube optimize soot removal, especially when utilizing a soot blower, ensuring pristine cleanliness.

(3) Lower Exhaust Gas Resistance

H fins meticulously form straight channels on both sides, while the spiral angle of spiral fins influences airflow direction.
