The H-finned tube heat exchanger is methodically arranged in a linear fashion. The H fins ingeniously segment the space into multiple small areas, thereby achieving a uniform air flow distribution. Compared to the conventional smooth tube exchangers with staggered setups, and spiral finned heat exchangers, this configuration significantly enhances the wear life by 3 to 4 times under identical conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically develops on the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes.
