Advantages of H-finned tube:
The H-finned tube distinguishes itself as the primary heat exchange element within the comprehensive exhaust gas boiler system. This innovative component offers a multitude of advantages, as outlined below.
(1) Excellent wear resistance
The state-of-the-art H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously aligned in a linear fashion, with its H fins ingeniously segmenting the space into multiple smaller zones. This configuration effectively harmonizes the airflow, offering a remarkable advantage over traditional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements, as well as spiral finned exchangers. Under identical conditions, the wear life of H finned tubes is impressively 3 to 4 times longer.
(2) Fouling reduced
Fouling tends to form on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The intelligently staggered tube arrangement facilitates the thorough flushing of the tube bundle, significantly minimizing fouling on the back side. With an optimal wind speed, it boasts a commendable self-cleaning capability. Straight channels formed on either side of the H finned tube allow for superior soot removal when a soot blower is applied, optimizing efficiency.
(3) Reduce the resistance of exhaust gas
H fins on both sides create straight airflow channels, while spiral fins redirect the airflow direction. Unlike spiral fins, H fins are less prone to fouling and present lower flue resistance.
