For enhanced performance, H-finned tubes can be innovatively crafted into 'double H' finned tubes, featuring a dual-tube configuration. This provides exceptional structural rigidity, making it ideal for longer tube arrays.

Our H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously designed with an in-line arrangement. The innovative H fins cleverly partition the space into multiple small areas, enhancing airflow uniformity. Compared to traditional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned counterparts, this design boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times greater under similar conditions.

Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates effective tube bundle flushing, significantly reducing fouling on the back side.
