For enhanced performance, H-finned tubes can be innovatively crafted into 'double H' finned tubes, featuring a dual-tube configuration. Our H finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously designed with an in-line arrangement. The innovative H fins cleverly partition the space into multiple small areas, enhancing airflow uniformity. Compared to traditional smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements and spiral finned counterparts, this design boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times greater under similar conditions.
