(1) Excellent wear resistance
 
In the meticulously aligned H finned tube heat exchanger, the H fins ingeniously partition space into smaller sections, effectively equalizing airflow. Compared to the staggered arrangement of smooth tube heat exchangers or spiral finned heat exchangers, the H finned tube boasts a wear life that is 3 to 4 times greater under similar conditions.
 
(2) Fouling reduced
 
Fouling tends to form on both the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. A staggered tube arrangement facilitates easy flushing of the tube bundle, resulting in considerably less fouling on the backside. At optimal wind speeds, the H-finned tube exhibits an impressive self-cleaning function, maintaining operational efficiency. With straight channels forming on either side of the H finned tube, soot is efficiently managed, achieving optimal results when paired with a soot blower.
