(1) Excellent wear resistance
 
Ingeniously arranged in a linear fashion, the H finned tube heat exchanger intricately divides space into numerous smaller sections. This design facilitates a balanced airflow, significantly enhancing its wear resistance. In comparison to the conventional smooth tube heat exchangers and the spiral finned variants, under similar conditions, the H-finned tube's wear life remarkably extends by 3 to 4 times.
 
(2) Fouling reduced
 
Fouling typically manifests on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The tube's staggered arrangement adeptly facilitates the flushing of the tube bundle, thereby minimizing fouling on its backside. Operating at optimal wind speeds, the tube self-cleans efficiently. The H-finned tube crafts straight channels on either side, optimally managing soot. When coupled with a soot blower, it achieves superior soot removal efficiency.
