Crafted with meticulous precision, our finned tubes are forged from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel using an advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW). This ensures unparalleled accuracy and reliability in every piece.
Our innovative soft regime welding technique—employing direct welding with side current—guarantees fins are affixed in pairs on opposite sides, forming a robust U-profile. This modern solution enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Meticulously shaped through gradual rolling, the fins exhibit minimal internal stress. Achieving a maximum profile length of 7 meters, they are usually made from carbon steel for superior heat conduction, but can be custom-tailored from high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels per client specifications. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable to client specifications. Seamless tubes crafted from the same diverse range of steels—from carbon to duplex (ASTM, EN, GOST)—are used. Our production methods ensure longitudinally finned tubes meet exacting tolerances of ± 6 mm.
Whether you need a single unit or a large series, we manufacture all quantities with equal dedication. Our products are available as straight or U-bent tubes, and we also offer complete equipment delivery.
