Our longitudinal finned tubes are a masterpiece of precision engineering, meticulously crafted from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Employing the cutting-edge resistance welding method with overlap (method 221/RSEW), these tubes promise exceptional durability and superior performance.

Utilizing a soft regime that involves direct welding with side current, our fins are systematically welded in pairs on opposite sides of the tube. Uniquely designed with a U-profile, this approach significantly boosts heat transfer efficiency, enhances joint strength, and ensures an even fin distribution around the tube's circumference. Crafted through meticulous gradual rolling, the fins maintain minimal inner stress, extending up to a remarkable length of 7 meters. Widely made from carbon steel known for its excellent thermal conductivity, these fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels, based on customer requirements. Fin heights range between 5 to 32 mm, tailored to precise customer specifications. The seamless tubes, matching the material versatility of the fins, span from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), with manufacturing precision that adheres to a tight tolerance of ± 6 mm.
