We employ a soft regime for direct welding with side current, ensuring fins are consistently welded in pairs on opposite tube sides, creating a distinctive U-profile. This innovative design surpasses traditional contact surfaces, enhancing heat transfer efficacy, fortifying joint strength, and ensuring evenly distributed fins. Our progressive rolling technique minimizes internal stress, achieving a maximum fin length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for superior heat transference, customization is available with options including high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels, catering to specific customer needs. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to precise specifications. Seamless tubes match fin materials, spanning carbon to duplex steels, conforming to ASTM, EN, and GOST standards. Our production methods guarantee a longitudinally finned tube within tolerances of ± 6 mm.
