Our Longitudinal Finned Tubes are crafted with exceptional precision, utilizing the robust resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW). Available in carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, these tubes are engineered to deliver top-tier performance.

 

Employing a refined soft regime approach, our welding technique ensures direct side current application. Crafted with pairs of U-profile fins on opposite sides, this innovative design enhances heat transfer efficiency, fortifies joint strength, and ensures uniform fin distribution around the tube. Our meticulous gradual rolling process minimizes internal stress, achieving an impressive profile length of up to 7 meters. Typically made from carbon steel for superior heat transfer, our fins can also be tailored to high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels upon request. Fins range in height from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customized per customer specifications. The seamless tubes, available in matching materials, meet rigorous tolerances of ± 6 mm, ensuring unparalleled quality and versatility.
