This innovative design not only enhances heat transfer efficiency but also fortifies joint strength and ensures the uniform distribution of fins around the tube’s circumference. Our gradual rolling technique minimizes internal stress within the profile, allowing for a remarkable maximum length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for superior thermal conductivity, our fins can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, including options in high-strength, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles customizable per client specifications. Seamless tubes are harmoniously produced in materials complementing the fins, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST standards). Our production process guarantees longitudinally finned tubes meet stringent tolerances of ±6 mm.
