Our meticulously crafted finned tubes boast exceptional precision, fashioned from a diverse selection of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the resistance welding method with strategic overlap (method 221 / RSEW), these tubes promise unparalleled durability and performance.

Employing a soft regime, which involves direct welding with side current, we ensure maximum efficiency by welding fins in pairs opposite each other on the tube. Our U-profile fin design surpasses traditional contact surfaces, offering superior heat transfer, enhanced joint strength, and an evenly distributed fin layout around the tube's circumference. Crafted through gradual rolling, these fins exhibit minimal inner stress. Our innovative method allows a maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically manufactured from heat-efficient carbon steel, fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni, austenitic, ferritic, or duplex steels per client specifications. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, while angles are tailored to customer requirements. Seamless tubes made of the same material spectrum, from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are employed. Our production techniques guarantee longitudinally finned tubes with a precision tolerance of ± 6 mm.
