1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
This sophisticated air cooler utilizes ambient air as its cooling medium, sweeping the outer surface of a finned tube to efficiently cool or condense high-temperature process fluids contained within the tube. It's a marvel of engineering precision.
Designed as an independent setup with a compact footprint, this equipment offers placement versatility either indoors or outdoors based on user preference. Connectivity is seamless with hoses or steel pipes, while water pressure is effortlessly adjustable via a valve, with readings conveniently displayed on the pressure gauge. Prior to operation, ensure all cut-off valves on the high-frequency equipment are closed. Post self-circulation, utilize the drain valve to clear out the system, ensuring it remains debris-free, preventing potential blockages.

1. Extending electronic tube service life: Regular water usage leads to scaling, necessitating frequent cleaning. Scaling diminishes electronic tube emission power and lifespan, and in severe cases, the anode can burn through, compromising performance.
2. Significant electricity savings: For instance, in 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, the anode water circuit power consumption drops from approximately 8KW with ordinary water to about 70W with distilled water, exemplifying energy efficiency.
3. Minimizing electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage causes direct current formation through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. Distilled water significantly reduces this rate compared to ordinary water, enhancing equipment durability.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an ingenious device strategically installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler. Its purpose is to reclaim the precious waste heat from the exhaust gas, transforming the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the steam drum's pressure. By absorbing heat from the high-temperature flue gas, the economizer significantly reduces the exhaust temperature, conserves energy, and elevates efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The robust steel tube economizer is uniquely versatile, unfettered by pressure constraints, and can function as a boiling type. Typically constructed from durable carbon steel pipes with an external diameter ranging from 32-51 millimeters, sometimes enhanced with fins to maximize heat transfer efficiency. The steel tube economizer features horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes, affectionately referred to as serpentine pipes.

Product Advantages:
1. Expertly absorbs the heat of low-temperature flue gas, effectively lowering the exhaust temperature, curbing exhaust losses, and significantly saving fuel.
2. By pre-heating the feedwater in the economizer before it enters the steam drum, the heat absorption by the feedwater on the heating surface is minimized. This allows for the economizer to replace some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the temperature of the feed water rises, entering the steam drum reduces the wall temperature difference, thereby diminishing thermal stress and extending the service life of the steam drum.

Product Usage:
During the boiler startup phase (drum boiler), due to the absence of circulation in its steam water pipeline, the boiler feedwater remains stagnant, causing the water in the economizer to be non-flowing. With an increase in boiler combustion and flue gas temperature, there is a risk of water vaporization within the economizer, potentially overheating local sections. To avert this, an additional pipeline is connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage pipe to the economizer inlet as a recirculation pipeline, ensuring the water within the economizer remains in motion, thus preventing vaporization.

Production Process: Finned Tube Type
The economizer is strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where the flue gas temperature is lower, serving the primary function to:
(1) Harness the heat from low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, which aids in reducing exhaust temperature in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Employing economizers elevates the water temperature entering the drum, reducing the temperature disparity between the drum wall and feed water, consequently alleviating the drum's thermal stress and prolonging its lifespan.
