1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger

Product Description
An air cooler is a sophisticated piece of equipment that utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, efficiently sweeping the exterior of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside the tube.
This compact equipment stands independently with a minimal footprint, allowing for versatile placement indoors or outdoors as per user requirements. It connects easily to equipment using either hoses or steel pipes. Water pressure is adjustable via the valve, with real-time display on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Ensure all cut-off valves of high-frequency equipment are closed before use. Following self-circulation, draining water through the drain valve under the water distribution package ensures debris-free operation, preventing blockages.

Product advantages
1. Prolonging the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Regular water cleaning is crucial as ordinary water tends to scale, impacting emission power and tube lifespan. Severe scaling risks burning through the electronic tube anode.
2. Optimize energy savings. In high-frequency electronic tube equipment (e.g., 100KW), the anode water circuit to ground via DC high voltage uses approximately 8KW with ordinary water, compared to a mere 70W with distilled water.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a direct current to ground through water resistance, causing electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlet and outlet. The corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times higher than with distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a cutting-edge device positioned at the lower tail flue of a boiler, ingeniously designed to harness the waste heat from exhaust gases. By transforming boiler feedwater into saturated water under the steam drum's pressure, it elevates energy efficiency. This remarkable apparatus taps into the high-temperature flue gas, lowering exhaust gas temperatures and conserving energy. Its exceptional ability to enhance system efficiency earns it the esteemed title of 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer transcends pressure limitations, adaptable even for boiling applications. Constructed primarily from carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these marvels sometimes incorporate fins to supercharge heat transfer efficiency. The economizer features horizontally aligned, parallel elbow pipes, affectionately known as serpentine pipes, ensuring superior performance.

2. By pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, the heat absorption demands on the heating surface are minimized. This allows the economizer to replace some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces, optimizing resource use.
3. Elevating the feed water's temperature before it enters the steam drum reduces the temperature differential across the drum wall, thereby diminishing thermal stress and significantly extending the steam drum's lifespan.

Product Usage:
During the dynamic start-up phase of a boiler (specifically drum boilers), the lack of circulation in the steam water pipeline leaves the boiler feedwater in a static state. As combustion intensifies and flue gas temperatures rise, the water in the economizer is prone to vaporization, potentially leading to local overheating. To circumvent this, an additional pipeline is ingeniously connected from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer's inlet, establishing a recirculation flow that ensures a steady water movement, thus preventing vaporization.

The economizer is strategically arranged at the tail of the boiler, where it encounters lower flue gas temperatures. Its paramount functions include:
(1) Ingeniously capturing heat from the low-temperature flue gas at the tail flue, the economizer reduces exhaust temperatures in low parameter boilers, enhancing thermal efficiency and ensuring fuel economy.
(2) By increasing the feed water temperature entering the drum, the economizer skillfully minimizes the temperature differential between the drum wall and the feed water, thereby lowering thermal stress and significantly advancing the drum's lifespan.
