1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler, a sophisticated piece of equipment, utilizes ambient air as a cooling medium, channeling it over a finned tube to effectively cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid contained within.
This independent equipment boasts a compact footprint, offering flexible installation options both indoors and outdoors as per user requirements. It seamlessly connects to systems via hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure can be precisely adjusted through the valve, with real-time display on the pressure gauge of the water distribution package. Prior to operation, ensure all high-frequency equipment cutoff valves are closed. Post self-circulation, utilize the drain valve under the water distribution package to expel water, ensuring no debris remains to obstruct equipment functionality.
Product advantages
1. Enhance the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): Ordinary water tends to scale, necessitating regular cleansing. Daily scaling can impair emission power and diminish electronic tube lifespan. In severe cases, the anode of the electronic tube risks burning through.
2. Achieve electricity savings. For instance, with 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment, ordinary water results in approximately 8KW power consumption for the anode water circuit to ground under DC high voltage, whereas distilled water reduces this consumption to about 70W.
3. Minimize electrolytic corrosion. Anode high voltage forms a direct current to ground via water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at the electronic tube water jacket's inlets and outlets. The electrolytic corrosion rate with ordinary water is over 100 times that of distilled water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is a highly efficient device strategically installed at the lower part of the boiler's tail flue to ingeniously reclaim waste heat from the exhaust gases. This smart device preheats the boiler feedwater to a saturated state under steam drum pressure. By absorbing the valuable heat from high-temperature flue gases, it effectively reduces exhaust temperatures, conserves energy, and elevates efficiency, earning its name as an economizer.
The steel tube economizer stands out for its remarkable flexibility, as it is not constrained by pressure and can function as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these economizers may feature fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. Composed of horizontally arrayed parallel elbow pipes, known as serpentine pipes, it is a marvel of engineering design.
Product advantages:
1. Ingeniously absorbs heat from low-temperature flue gases, significantly lowering exhaust temperatures, minimizing exhaust losses, and achieving remarkable fuel savings.
2. By preheating the feedwater in the economizer before it reaches the steam drum, the heat absorption on the heating surface is minimized, allowing the economizer to replace some of the more costly evaporative heating surfaces with ease.
3. With the increased feed water temperature upon entering the steam drum, the wall temperature difference is minimized, which correspondingly reduces thermal stress and prolongs the steam drum's service life.
Product Usage:
During the boiler start-up phase, particularly in drum boilers, the lack of circulation in the steam-water pipeline causes the boiler feedwater to remain stagnant. As the boiler combustion intensifies and flue gas temperature rises, this can lead to vaporization in the economizer, risking overheating. To mitigate this, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's drainage pipe to the economizer's inlet is established, ensuring a steady flow of water to prevent vaporization.

Strategically positioned at the boiler's tail, where flue gas temperature is lower, the economizer's primary role is to:
(1) Efficiently absorb residual heat from the low-temperature flue gases in the tail flue, significantly lowering exhaust temperatures in low-parameter boilers, boosting thermal efficiency, and conserving fuel.
(2) Enhance operational efficiency by raising the water temperature entering the drum, which reduces the temperature difference between the drum wall and feed water, thereby minimizing thermal stress and extending the drum's lifespan.
