1. Air cooler/Air cooled heat exchanger
Product Description
An air cooler utilizes ambient air as its cooling medium, efficiently sweeping over the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense high-temperature process fluids inside. This innovative equipment is a marvel of modern engineering.
This independent equipment boasts a compact footprint, providing versatile placement options indoors or outdoors. It connects via hoses or steel pipes, with adjustable water pressure for optimal performance. Before use, ensure all high-frequency cut-off valves are closed. Post-circulation, drain water to prevent blockage and ensure flawless operation.
Product advantages
1, Extending the service life of electronic tubes (high-frequency equipment): With ordinary water prone to scaling, regular maintenance is crucial. Scaling affects emission power and tube lifespan, with severe cases risking anode damage.
2, Electricity savings are substantial. For example, a 100KW high-frequency electronic tube equipment can reduce power consumption from 8KW with ordinary water to approximately 70W using distilled water.
3, Minimizing electrolytic corrosion: Anode high voltage creates a direct current to the ground through water resistance, leading to electrolytic corrosion at electronic tube water jacket inlets and outlets. Distilled water drastically reduces this rate compared to ordinary water.

3. Economizer
Product Description:
An economizer is an essential device situated at the lower part of a boiler's tail flue. Its primary function is to reclaim waste heat from exhaust gases, converting boiler feedwater into a saturated state under the pressure of the steam drum. By harnessing the heat from high-temperature flue gases, it effectively lowers exhaust gas temperatures, thus conserving energy and boosting efficiency, earning it the name 'economizer.'
The steel tube economizer boasts versatility as it is not constrained by pressure and can function as a boiling type. Typically crafted from carbon steel pipes with outer diameters ranging from 32 to 51 millimeters, these tubes may be supplemented with fins to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The steel tube economizer comprises horizontally aligned parallel elbow pipes, often referred to as serpentine pipes.

1. Capitalizing on low-temperature flue gas heat, the economizer lowers exhaust temperatures and minimizes exhaust losses, leading to significant fuel savings.
2. Pre-heating feedwater in the economizer before entry into the steam drum reduces heat absorption from the heating surface, allowing the economizer to substitute some costlier evaporative heating surfaces.
3. As the feedwater temperature rises, the economizer minimizes the temperature differential with the steam drum walls, thereby reducing thermal stress and extending the steam drum's operational lifespan.

During boiler start-up (drum boiler), stagnant boiler feedwater in the economizer can lead to vaporization due to rising flue gas temperatures. This poses an overheating risk. To counteract, a recirculation pipeline from the steam drum's centralized drainage to the economizer inlet ensures continuous water flow, preventing vaporization and maintaining stability.

The economizer, positioned at the boiler's tail where flue gas temperatures are lower, serves pivotal functions:
(1) By absorbing low-temperature flue gas heat at the tail flue, the economizer decreases exhaust temperatures of low parameter boilers, heightens thermal efficiency, and achieves fuel savings.
(2) Through increasing water temperatures entering the drum, the economizer lessens the temperature variance between the drum and feedwater, reducing thermal stress and enhancing the drum's durability.
