Expertly crafted to precision, our finned tubes are an exceptional blend of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel, masterfully constructed using the advanced resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW).

Employing a unique soft regime technique (direct welding with side current), we ensure that every fin is meticulously secured in pairs on opposing sides of the tube. The innovative U-profile design of the fins greatly enhances heat transfer efficiency, strengthens joint integrity, and allows for a harmonious distribution of fins around the tube's circumference. These fins, shaped through a sophisticated gradual rolling process, exhibit minimal internal stress, resulting in a robust and reliable profile up to 7 meters in length. Typically crafted from carbon steel known for excellent thermal conductivity, our fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni alloys, and a range of stainless steels—including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex options—tailored to the customer's specific needs and applications. Fin heights vary from 5 to 32 mm, with angles adjustable per customer specifications. Seamless tubes mirror the fin material range, spanning from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our state-of-the-art production method guarantees longitudinally finned tubes with a precise tolerance of ± 6 mm.
