Our advanced soft regime technique, featuring direct welding with side current, ensures that fins are seamlessly welded in uniform pairs on opposite sides of the tube, forming a unique U-profile. This innovative design not only surpasses traditional contact surfaces in heat transfer efficiency but also enhances joint durability and guarantees an evenly distributed fin placement around the tube. Meticulously shaped through gradual rolling, the fins maintain minimal internal stress, achieving an exceptional maximum profile length of 7 meters. Typically crafted from carbon steel for optimal heat transfer, our fins can also be customized from high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni alloys, austenitic, ferritic, and duplex steels to meet specific customer requirements. With fin heights ranging from 5 to 32 mm and angles tailored to customer specifications, our seamless tubes, available in the same diverse material range as the fins, ensure versatility and precision (ASTM, EN, GOST). Our production methods guarantee longitudinally finned tubes with precise tolerances of ± 6 mm.
