(1) Exceptional Wear Resistance

Boasting an aligned arrangement, the H-finned tube heat exchanger divides the space into numerous small sections. This design ensures even airflow distribution, significantly surpassing the wear life of staggered or spiral finned heat exchangers by a factor of 3 to 4.

(2) Minimized Fouling

Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered tube arrangement facilitates the efficient cleaning of the tube bundle, reducing fouling on the rear side. Maintaining optimal wind speed enhances the self-cleaning capability. Straight channels on the H-finned tube effectively manage soot, achieving optimal cleaning results when coupled with a soot blower.
