The H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in a linear configuration. The H fins ingeniously divide the space into numerous compact zones, ensuring an even distribution of airflow. When compared to the staggered and spiral finned heat exchangers, and under identical conditions, the H-finned tube boasts a wear life up to 3 to 4 times longer.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically forms on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. An innovative staggered tube arrangement facilitates ease of cleaning the tube bundle, resulting in significantly reduced fouling on the backside. This design also incorporates an efficient self-cleaning capability at optimal wind speeds.
