Experience high precision execution with our finned tubes, crafted from carbon, alloy, and stainless steel. Utilizing the sophisticated resistance welding method with overlap (method 221 / RSEW), our tubes promise impeccable quality and performance.

Embrace the soft regime approach with direct welding and side current, ensuring every fin is expertly welded in pairs on opposite sides. Our fins, elegantly shaped in a U-profile, significantly enhance heat transfer efficiency, strengthen joint integrity, and ensure an even distribution around the tube's circumference. The gradual rolling process minimizes internal stress, allowing profiles to reach lengths of up to 7 meters. While carbon steel is commonly used for its excellent heat transfer properties, customization is available to meet specific needs with materials like high-strength steel, Cr-Mo-Ni steels, and various stainless steels. Fin heights range from 5 to 32 mm, with angles tailored to customer specifications. The seamless tubes, matching fin material ranges from carbon to duplex steels (ASTM, EN, GOST), are produced with meticulous standards, maintaining tolerances within ± 6 mm.

From single pieces to large-scale series, we accommodate any order. Tubes can be delivered straight or U-bent, complete with all necessary equipment.
