The H-Finned Tube stands as the premier heat exchange element within the exhaust gas boiler assembly, offering a multitude of remarkable advantages.
(1) Stellar Wear Resistance
The H-Finned Tube Heat Exchanger is ingeniously arranged in a linear formation. The H fins ingeniously segregate the airflow into distinct, balanced zones, delivering superior wear life—exceeding that of the conventional smooth tube exchangers with staggered configurations or spiral finned heat exchangers—by an impressive 3 to 4 times.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling typically occurs on the dorsal and windward sides of the tube. The staggered configuration makes the tube bundle easy to clean, with significantly reduced fouling on the backside. Thanks to its excellent self-cleaning ability at optimal wind speeds. Straight channels form on both sides of the H-Finned Tube, optimizing soot removal, particularly when using a soot blower.
(3) Diminished Exhaust Gas Resistance
