The heat transfer tube of the boiler ingeniously incorporates H-shaped fin tubes. This involves welding two symmetrical pieces of steel, with arcs in the middle, onto the raw tube, creating the distinct fins. The resulting shape resembles the letter 'H', hence named the H-finned tube. The H-finned tubes feature rectangular fins, approximately square, extending to about twice the diameter of the tube. This design significantly enhances the heating surface area. H-finned tubes can be innovatively designed into 'Double H' finned tubes, featuring a robust double-tube structure with excellent rigidity. This makes them ideal for longer tube rows.

(1) Outstanding Wear Resistance

The H-finned tube heat exchanger is meticulously arranged in a linear fashion, where the H fins ingeniously divide space into several compact areas. This design equilibrates air flow, offering a striking contrast to smooth tube heat exchangers with staggered arrangements or spiral finned variants. Under identical conditions, the H-finned tube's wear life impressively outperforms by a factor of 3 to 4 times.

(2) Minimizes Fouling

Fouling primarily manifests on the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes. The strategically staggered tube design facilitates effective flushing of the tube bundle, thus reducing backside fouling. This system excels in self-cleaning when operated at the optimal wind speed. Straight channels formed on both sides of the H-finned tube enhance soot control, achieving optimal cleaning results when utilizing a soot blower.

(3) Reduces Exhaust Gas Resistance
