The H-finned tube stands as the primary component for heat exchange in our comprehensive exhaust gas boiler systems, offering exceptional performance and benefits.
(1) Outstanding Wear Resistance
These heat exchangers are ingeniously arranged in a linear fashion, with H fins dividing the space into distinct zones that help balance airflow. This design surpasses traditional smooth tube and staggered spiral finned heat exchangers, enhancing wear resistance by an impressive 3 to 4 times under similar conditions.
(2) Minimized Fouling
Fouling tends to accumulate mainly on the dorsal and windward sides of the tubes. The staggered tube configuration facilitates easy cleaning, significantly reducing fouling on the backside. With optimal wind speed, this system boasts an excellent self-cleaning capacity. The straight channels formed on each side of the H-finned tubes enable an optimal soot removal effect, especially when using a soot blower.
(3) Reduced Exhaust Gas Resistance
Thanks to the straight channels created by the H fins and the directional guidance of spiral angles, these H fins are less prone to fouling, offering lower flue resistance compared to spiral fins.
